Muscle Myth...Happy to burst ur bubble ladies!!!!!

So u might b thinking....What is she doing writing about muscle....well girls..its really important for u all to know what is fat n wat is muscle!!!!U r not going to loose any fat untill u do muscle training!!!!....I remember my encounter with bunch of girls in a gym when i was doing my weight training
Girl1:hey....if u do those exercises then u gonna get muscles.....
Me:yeah so???
Girl2:u know u wud b like a body builder n it would b grossy!!!!
Me: ahem ok :)....u guys dont know wat is fat and wat muscle is!!!
Girl3:we do know..we've been gymming since a lot time :)
Me: :)....ok!!!!
Girl4: hhihihihihi
Me resume back to my workout
n i had so many questions everytime i used to do my weight training....

When you stop training, how long will it take before the muscle turns back into fat n it really bulges out!!!?

Is it possible to lose fat but not bulk up from weight training?

Weight training makes you bulky and masculine???

Now body fat and muscle are two ends of the same thread they r not the same thing but some how they are connected to each other......they r totally different type of a tissue....

Specially girls dont get muscles that rapidly as guys do..cause of the hormones....guys have the testosterone hormone in them that makes their muscles bigger and they even take supplements......now coming to professional female bodybuilders...most of these women, unfortunately, use anabolic steroids (synthetic testosterone) along with other drugs in order to achieve that high degree of muscularity!!!!

Next coming to the point which says !!
If you stop weight training your muscles turn into fat.
Lolzz...this is the weirdest thing i have ever heard in my life.its just like when u stop dieting u turn into fat ass :D.....its the same..what actually happens is that when u stop pumping those guns...the body tends to loose the muscles and then the fat starts to get accumulate..so the result u see is a fat ass :P.....all work n no weight makes jenna a fat girl :P

n then many poeple even ask weight training turns fat into muscle
now the way a body transformation occurs is by gaining muscle through weight training and losing fat through aerobics and diet simultaneously. Again, muscle and fat are very different types of tissue. We cannot turn one into the other.

and many girls @ my gym while walking nicely on a thread mill like its a park tell me ...
Women only need to do cardio and if they decide to lift weights, they should be very light.

How ridiculous is this....and funny too....
Women that only concentrate on cardio will have a very hard time achieving the look that they want.
Muscle responds to resistance and if the resistance is too light, then there will be no reason for the body to change.
So i guess this is IT girls.....what are u waiting for.....with enough cardio and weight training u girls can look stunningly awesome and feminine as well......next time when u start working out dont forget to do weight training too....it really does wonders to your body......

Human Characteristics in Animals or Animal characteristics in Human??????

Hello there people…wowww its been quiet a time that ive posted something new here…..u people might be anxiously waiting for my posts …LOL…talk about some confidence eh..perhaps something over …LOL…so here I am with something really interesting

So here I was sitting one dull winter afternoon n I happened to look around for some fun to make my day interesting…as I happen to have pets…..i was just watching them..lazying around and sleeping the whole day….n staring @ em just made me realize they have some human characteristics in the way they do things!!

Hmmm don’t really believe me….let me put some light here n there to let u knw how freaky this thing is….

Ever seen a cat or a dog wagging a tail behind a female cat or a female dog…..


Now humans do the same thing…..difference is a male human does not have a tail…but he surely does go behind a good looking female wanting to mate




Then humans now a days don’t really care to know how’s their kin n kith doing…..but i guesss that animals are known for this behavior…..
perhaps not not many animals do this…the perception we have about an animal is quiet different in reality….

they are far more sensitive than us…..far more caring about their kith n kin….keep their relations in tact with each other….n they even risk their lives to save their loved ones……unlike humans…..i don’t know whether this is human characteristics in animals or is it natural for a animal to be like this…
I know u mite b thinking y m I making u read a discovery channel over here but im just trying to show what its like to know various animals having human characteristics and various humans have animal characteristics.. for example a flock of mynas..they endanger their lives to save their loved ones from any kind of danger....n still we call them dumb birds...but these dumb birds really when united take out something interetsing.....

now let me move to some meaner animals...and compare their tricks n trades with that of humans......

For example…Fox is known for being cunning and for being wicked n swift n greedy in each n every action it does…..but then humans can even give fox a run for its money over their greed and cunningness....
Im sure u guys would think when u read this...*ooh she sure is like this...* *ooh he sure is one kind of a cunning fox*
Poor little fox is blamed for all the tricks n trades us humans do.....




U can very well know this kind of behavior in the much acclaimed movie adapted from the novel cruel intentions….n well fox would just do it to survive or to to fill its stomach up…but no humans don’t do it for all these reasons…they do it just for fun…..
N then I have my very own cat…who's more interested in her beauty rather than her little kittens…she doesn’t even feed them well…when ever those poor little things comes closer to her she just shoos them off…..n neglects them..n the whole day she is just grooming herself…..n then eats heartily….n we know many moms do this too……..they r much more interested in their beauty rather than the kids…….n it goes on….so is this animal characteristics in human or vice versa….

If u keep on generalizing the way the animals are..we come up with some really interesting facts….i just thought of putting these things in a nut shell n show u guys…I keep pondering….is it really we r behaving like heart less animals or are the animals aping us to be more sensitive or extra cairng!!!!
We keep on using words like
Puppy love
Stinky as a skunk
Beautiful as a donkey
DOG
N wat not…but I think its really insulting for them to be compared by some superior humans…who can talk,walk,and can be as good as they can be…but we choose to be more meaner, greedier….n wat not……

And everything goes around the color of the gurl!!!

Im sure many of you people might be going through this but none of us bother to open their mouth and say the truth

There are only 2 ways how u can get a guy to get married to u

1. Either u should have looks like Aishwarya Rai
2. Or u should have money like Bill gates or Anil Ambani

Me being unlucky in both the criteria’s (heheh)

The list doesn’t stop here…..if u think this is all u gotaa have to get married(arranged) then u r in for surprises……..firstly u have to fulfill the obligations of the bridegroom’s mom dad n then there r the obligations made by the bridegroom himself!!!!

Now comes the center shock :P

I wanna go inside and PMIL starts with her stupid logical questions!!!!

And then I ask my mom can I go!!! She says ahan no not yet!! Then PSIL n PMIL have a discussion

PMIL: kya hai ki sab acchi hai bacchi lekin thoda color kam hai nai !!!(I don’t know everything is fine but she is lil dark)

U knw many people just come to have refreshments !!!

PMIL:”khamoosh hojaainge ghar ku jaake”(WE’LL B SILENT)

Then they talk something which I cud not hear properly !! n then they leave

N I feel so horrible!!!!!!

coz just coz of my mom dad I get ready to sit infront of them …….a guy who I think is not worth enough for me…..n who is as educated as im….and if I had my chance I wud surely be more successful than him….but yet!! I still go and sit!!!!

N then they never bother to call back!!!they r just meant to go on refreshments picnics!!n m not @ all interested in such filthy,stinky,ignorant people!!

I shared this experience just to let people like these know!!

How it feels to judge a person by their color n not by their character !!

Hello ....Well lately ive not been blogging.....yeaahhhhhhhh...but then its ok i guess....well people...M so happyyyyyyyy Right now!!!as people always say!!!

When one door closes the other is left open for us....n i never took it seriously...but ......yeah.....this gives us a chance to feel sometimes what people say is Really Right....For instance....I had once dreamt that i wud have a flora pencil(brand of a pencil which was forbidden for me to use as i used to loose em very easily..n i was in pre primary then)and that dream did come true....when i was in first grade :P.....it took some time...but i got my hands on that pencil......little did i know...as i started growing up....my dreams also went up!!!i started dreaming BIG.....suddenly i wanted to b IAS officer....yeah....Weird aint it!!! i wanted to DON that khakee color uniform and catch all the thieves!!haha...n im still serious about it......Wish i could really do that right now!!

Well the point is....even if i had dreamt being a IAS officer n i bought myself a dress and did ape like one...that was just one stepping stone to my success!!yeah.......
Well when i realize the things in my past...i really laugh...Girls want to become models,brides,actress,what not!!i wanted to become...

Welll after i completed my Engineering....my DAD wanted me to complete MBA!!but then i wanted to complete it from IBS!!!!which was not possible......Firstly they want 2-3 yrs of Work xpereince.....then next they would send application letters to candidates n for that i did not go for any other UNI.I was waiting for the right chance..
and after having a work experience of 2 yrs i finally got a application from the UNI.and somewhere down the line i feel so elated and happy that i wanna share it with the world......@least m standing where i wanted to b...selection n rejection is another thing but applying @least for it is a dream Come true for me!!!n yeah @last i feel sayin

Hey there lovely people.....its been a while since ive posted somethin...yea bein a lil bit busy with latest developments in my life.....
1.Firstly m tryin to cope with my skin breakin out very badly...m going through a treatment(umm nothing serious just a pimple treatment) :P
2.Ive gained like 10 pounds in past like 2 months..yea n still m being the biggest looser......
3.Really trying to figure out whether being a girl in India is a blessing or a curse
4.Trying hard to do somethin out of my life apart from being home n sleeping all day round
